MONDAY

Your salad meal, protein (red kidney beans/ chicken/ egg) with salad and tablespoon of pumpkin seeds toasted for taste a touch of oil and balsamic glaze and sourdough bread
SNACKS  - apple / berries/ protein ball

TUESDAY

Your sour dough sandwich with protein (goats cheese/ chicken/ egg/ turkey) , spinach leaves, tomato chutney or sauce.
SNACKS - banana / berries/ choc muffin

WEDNESDAY

your wrap meal with protein (goats cheese/ chicken/ egg/ turkey) with coleslaw salad with dressing (touch of dijon and lemon)
SNACKS - apple /berries / oat cookie

THURSDAY

Rice paper rolls (see recipe)
SNACKS - bannana/ berries /banana bread

FRIDAY

your protein chicken/salmon / tofu skewers with veggie sticks
SNACKS - berries/ apple / rice crackers.
