DRY MIX
- 125g Banana
- 125 chopped apple, skinless
- 130g almond sweetened or Barista style milk
- 100g castor or monk fruit sweetener
- 30g cocoa powder
- 150g Morning Companion mix
- 2 x eggs
- 2 teaspoon bicarb soda
- additional 110g extra almond milk
- 110g self raising flour, sifted
TOPPING
- Choc pallets (try callabeut) or coca nibs
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat oven to 180oC/ 160oC fan-forced. Line a bread loaf tin with baking paper
- in a mixing bowl or thermomix, add apples/ bananas and blend, add 130ml almond milk.
- add eggs, combine companion mix, flour, ,baking soda, and cocoa powder in a large bowl. and mix until combined.
- Add additional 110ml Milk and 110g flour and mix until combined.
- using a wooden spoon spoon mixture into baking tin.
- bake for 55 minutes or until firm to touch and a skewer inserted into the centre comes out clean.
- stand in pan for 5 minutes. Transfer to a wire rack to cool & enjoy
