Performance Acai Bowl |  A breakfast energy delight.

INGREDIENTS 

  • 3-4 tbs Smoothie Blend
  • 70 ml Almond milk or choice of milk
  • 1/2 banana,
  • 3/4 cup frozen Blueberries or acai berries
  • topping
  • 1/2 cup rasberries/ blueberries or strawberries
  • 1 tsp of shredded coconut
  • 1 tsp pumpkin seeds
  • 1tbs cocoa nibs

DIRECTIONS 

  • In your NutriBullet or blender, add mix, banana, blueberries and milk and blitz until thick. scoop mix into a bowl (you may need a little extra milk if to dry).
  • Top with the berries, cocoa nibs, coconut and pumpkin seeds and enjoy immediately for a chilled açai bowl experience.

TIPS
You can use any smoothie mix to create this bowl. You can always use different nuts or mixed grain to add more texture.
