INGREDIENTS
- 3-4 tbs Smoothie Blend
- 70 ml Almond milk or choice of milk
- 1/2 banana,
- 3/4 cup frozen Blueberries or acai berries
- topping
- 1/2 cup rasberries/ blueberries or strawberries
- 1 tsp of shredded coconut
- 1 tsp pumpkin seeds
- 1tbs cocoa nibs
DIRECTIONS
- In your NutriBullet or blender, add mix, banana, blueberries and milk and blitz until thick. scoop mix into a bowl (you may need a little extra milk if to dry).
- Top with the berries, cocoa nibs, coconut and pumpkin seeds and enjoy immediately for a chilled açai bowl experience.
TIPS
You can use any smoothie mix to create this bowl. You can always use different nuts or mixed grain to add more texture.
