INGREDIENTS
- 280grams of morning companion mix
- 80g oats
- 80g dates pitted (blitzed)
- 1 tbs protein powder optional
- 30ml no sugar maple syrup
- Dark choc nibs
- 100g shredded coconut (50g in mix and 50g to coat ball)
- Shredded chocolate (to coat balls)
- 170ml water
METHOD
- In a bowl mix all dry ingredients; combine mix, oats, protein, dates and add maple syrup. dark choc nibs in a large bowl. or mix in processor for 10 seconds.
- Add 170ml of water and blend
- Spoon mixture into 40g ball size and roll into balls and coat with coconut and shredded chocolate.
- Refrigerate in air tight container
